Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Terhadap Kecerdasan Sosial Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok terhadap Kecerdasan sosial siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Eksperimen semu yang menggunakan “one group pre-test and post-test”. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel X (bimbingan kelompok) dan variabel Y (kecerdasan sosial). Perlakuan diberikan 8 kali terhadap kecerdasan sosial pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik angket yang berfungsi sebagai pre-test dan post-test. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dan diuji hipotesis menggunakan uji t.Dari hasil diperoleh harga t_hitung sebesar 23,31 sedangkan pada t taraf nyata 5% diperoleh t_table (28) = 1,7011. Dalam hal ini berlaku ketentuan bahwa bila t_hitung lebih besar dari pada t_tabel (23,31 > 1,7011) dengan demikian H₁ diterima dan H₀ ditolak. Kesimpulannya bahwa terdapat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap kecerdasan sosial siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo dapat diterima.

Abstract

The study aims to ascertain the influence of Group Guidance on the social intellegence of Class XI students at SMA Negeri (State Senior High School) 1 Telaga, Gorontalo Regency. The research problem employs a quasi-eksperimental design utilizing the one group pre-test and post-test method. This study encompasses two variables, namely variable X (group guidance) and variable Y (social intellegence). The treatment as administered 8 times to enhance the social intellegence of 15 students of class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Telaga, Gorontalo Regerency. Purposive sampling was then utilized for the data collection. Data collection employed questionnaire techniques functioning as pre-tests and post-tests. The gathered data were subsequently analyzed and hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test. The obtained t_count was 23,31, while at a significant level of 5% the t_table (28) = 1,7011. In context, in the calculated t_count exceeds the t_table (23,31 > 1,7011), this, H₁ is confirmed and H₀ rejected. Consequently, there is an influence of group guidance on the social intelligence of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Telaga, Gorontalo Regerency
