Student Journal of Educational Management (SJEM) manages its manuscripts, published articles, metadata, and journal records through an electronic journal management system based on Open Journal Systems (OJS).

All published articles are stored and made available electronically through the SJEM website. the electronic archive includes the article PDF, title, author information, abstract, keywords, references, volume, isssue, publication date, and DOI or other persistent identifiers where applicable. 

The journal regularly maintains digital backups of its published content and editorial records to reduce the risk of data loss. The electronic archive is organized by volume and issue and can be accessed through the journal's Archive page.

Authors and readers may access published articles online. The journal preserves the original publication records when corrections, retractions, or other post-publication notices are issued.
