Analisis Kebutuhan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Pribadi Berdasarkan Profil Perilaku Agresif Siswa SMP
Abstract
Perilaku agresif pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama merupakan fenomena yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan emosional dan kognitif remaja awal serta berpotensi mengganggu proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan layanan bimbingan dan konseling pribadi berdasarkan profil perilaku agresif siswa SMP Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket perilaku agresif yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi agresi fisik, agresi verbal, kemarahan, dan permusuhan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan teknik persentase dan kategorisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori agresivitas sedang (43%), dengan dominasi pada aspek kemarahan dan permusuhan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa agresivitas siswa lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor emosional dan kognitif dibandingkan perilaku langsung. Kebutuhan utama siswa meliputi regulasi emosi, penyelesaian konflik, pengendalian diri, komunikasi interpersonal, dan perubahan pola pikir. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penyediaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling pribadi yang berbasis kebutuhan siswa secara komprehensif.
