Analisis Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Kualitas Pembelajaran Dan Fasilitas Sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap pembelajaran dan fasilitas di SDN 30 Manggalung; 2) mengukur kepuasan pada lima Aspek, yaitu pembelajaran, penilaian, lingkungan kelas, fasilitas, dan karakter; 3) mengidentifikasi aspek yang menjadi kekuatan; 4) mengidentifikasi aspek yang memerlukan perbaikan; dan 5) membandingkan kepuasan antara kelas rendah dan kelas tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, melibatkan 65 siswa kelas 1–6 sebagai responden. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert 4 poin yang mencakup lima Aspek: pembelajaran, penilaian, lingkungan kelas, fasilitas, dan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) kepuasan siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 3,68; 2) Aspek lingkungan kelas 3,8, karakter 3,79, dan pembelajaran 3,78 memperoleh skor tertinggi, sedangkan fasilitas memperoleh skor terendah 3,23; 3) kekuatan sekolah terletak pada lingkungan kelas, karakter guru, dan kualitas pembelajaran; 4) area yang perlu mendapat perhatian adalah alat peraga IPA 2,53 dan fasilitas air bersih 2,69; dan 5) terdapat penurunan kepuasan dari kelas rendah 3,93 ke kelas tinggi 3,53, terutama terkait fasilitas.
