Survei Academic Hardiness pada Mahasiswa Calon Guru Matematika
Abstract
Academic hardiness merupakan faktor internal yang mempengaruhi hasil akademik. Individu yang memiliki kepribadian hardiness akan dapat mengatasi tekanan-tekanan hidup sehingga perilakunya tidak maladaptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tingkat hardiness calon guru matematika di Universitas Tidar. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan 98 calon guru matematika. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala hardiness yang dikembangkan Bernardo Mareno-Jimenez, Alfredo Rodriguez-Munoz, Eva Garrosa Hernandez & Luis Manuel Blanco (2014) yang mencakup aspek kontrol, komitmen dan tantangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa calon guru matematika memiliki tingkat academic hardiness yang sedang.
