Abstract

Karir individu berkembang seirama dengan perkembangan individu secara holistik, dalam arti karir berkembang sepanjang kehidupan individu. Perkembangan karir individu perlu diupayakan sejak usia dini. Anak usia dini memiliki berbagai potensi yang membutuhkan bantuan dalam pengembangannya, salah satu potensi tersebut adalah potensi karir. Bimbingan dan konseling karir merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu pengembangan potensi karir anak usia dini. Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling karir bagi anak usia dini.
