Penggunaan Teknik Latihan Asertif Terhadap Permasalahan Keterampilan Sosial Remaja
Abstract
Keterampilan sosial merupakan keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki remaja untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, mengekspresikan keinginannya, dan bersikap asertif dalam berbagai situasi sosial. Kenyataannya, masih terdapat permasalahan keterampilan sosial pada remaja, seperti kemampuan beradaptasi, kendala komunikasi, dan kesulitan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan baru. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah keterampilan sosial ini adalah dengan memberikan layanan konseling dengan menggunakan pelatihan asertif. Ada tiga tahap yang digunakan dalam pelatihan asertif: tahap awal, tahap kerja, dan tahap penghentian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pelatihan asertif terhadap masalah keterampilan sosial remaja. Penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh penggunaan teknik latihan asertif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial remaja (membantu remaja menjalin hubungan dengan teman sebaya, memiliki manajemen diri, berperilaku sosial sesuai norma, dan berperilaku asertif dalam berbagai situasi sosial).
