Jambura Journal of Community Empowerment (JJCE) is committed to providing reliable, transparent, and accessible online access to its journal website, published articles, editorial policies, and publication-related information.
The journal website serves as the official platform for accessing journal information, author guidelines, publication ethics policies, editorial board information, submission procedures, and published issues.
Readers, authors, reviewers, and other interested parties may access publicly available information through the official journal website.
JJCE aims to provide online access to its published articles in accordance with the journal's open-access policy. Article URLs should enable readers to locate and access the relevant publication and its bibliographic information.
Where applicable, each published article should have a stable URL or persistent identifier, such as a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), to support reliable citation, discovery, and long-term access.
Editorial policies, including publication ethics, peer review, authorship, copyright, licensing, conflicts of interest, corrections, and retractions, should be made publicly accessible through clearly identified links on the journal website.
The journal will endeavor to ensure that these links remain functional and that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
The journal's editorial and technical teams are responsible for monitoring the availability of the journal website and addressing broken links, access errors, and other technical issues within their control.
When website addresses or article URLs change, the journal will make reasonable efforts to maintain redirects or provide updated links to minimize disruption to readers and citation records.
JJCE seeks to preserve access to previously published articles and journal issues. Archival URLs and publication metadata should be maintained wherever possible to support research verification, citation, and long-term scholarly access.
This policy is implemented to support the transparency, accessibility, and reliability of scholarly communication. It may be reviewed periodically to reflect changes in the journal's publishing platform, digital preservation practices, and applicable publication standards.
